I can not imagine the U.S. military is not possible, because you !!!!! Eczema is usually not allowed b / c of something that prevents you from carrying a soldier. Call your local recruiter. I'm sure I can say.

Contact your local recruiter and ask. It should not interfere with their work, so I doubt that your ability to participate, but call and ask. It couldnt hurt.

First, if the officer wrote the application for you, I had to go through Allstate for approval and publication policy. Although agents can private entrepreneurs who do not say no responsibility for Allstate. It is a legal principle as "Entity" attributed the responsibility for the actions of one person can transmit () to another because the first person to something not in the name of another. That is the relationship between Allstate and its representatives. Allstate is not off the hook, because your agent has bolted. I do not know what kind of policy that you have done "bad", but she believed could be reduced to cover errors and omissions insurance agents from liability for the payment of damages. In any case, someone needs to step up to the bar and take care of the loss. Allstate has to cover a number of days, depending on the status of a decision to report on this issue. "This period may vary between 30 and 45 days.
I love you, I called the Insurance Commission in your state, and a complaint. I have also sent a letter to Allstate and its agent, advising that he determine what you expected to pay them the responsibility for their loss, and the design of the Allstate agent if you are expected to decide against reporting that they their damage, their "could turn professional liability insurance (errors and omissions coverage to cover) on. Good luck with that.

Not that it matters now, but what kind of policy you have and what kind of policy that you have had?

Allstate believes that the independent contractor agents. In essence, the companies contribute their own agency. The agent will write the appropriate policy for each risk. When Allstate ultimately denied the claim, your only option is to sue both the agent and Allstate.

What is the member of staff about the current situation? If the agent does not work with you to get the situation resolved, you should consider contacting a lawyer.

Allstate Agents lot of work as a franchise.

I will be patient. You will have to pay the loan over time. In the meantime, I had heard that it may lay a complaint with the Insurance Commission of the State.

Also calls for the agent directly to their errors and omissions, the insurance covers with ... advised to false, and Allstate denies the allegation. It is required by law to insured.

Hmm. Something is wrong. When I think (and I, because they are) for the details, I'd say you have a policy in a house is your house. Or maybe it was when you purchased your home, and if you have moved and decided that was empty, or rent, or changed, and not tell your agent.

The agents are not employees. . . but his contract means that they represent the company in advance directives.

What should I do? Now you need something in writing Allstate order. You should ask the experts at this. And you should call your agent and say, hey, this must be resolved one way or another within 30 days. Sic your agent, especially if it is their fault.

Obviously, if this house is not (perhaps a trailer?) It is a problem, and if arson was involved, do not look for a quick solution. But if the fault of the agent, you probably need a lawyer and sue orBidder E (hopefully contained errors and omissions in place).
