Leasing does not equal oil production wells. The madman does not allow the drilling. N drilling speculators, a fountain, if it is not enough to give a positive return on investment.

It always has been, historically, Europe and Asia, where oil reserves are exhausted, other countries, pushing the share of oil in the United States and the Middle East.
